Congregation Shomrei Torah Young Adults

Congregation Shomrei Torah Young Adults welcomes young adults, both single and married, members and non-members to our community. We provide meaningful opportunities to explore Jewish tradition and enrich our Jewish experience by connecting young adults to an engaging, diverse, Reform Jewish community with inspiring social, educational, spiritual, and social justice programming. Our monthly events include: holiday celebrations, Young Adult study opportunities, Shabbat Dinners and mitzvah projects. If you would like to be added to our list, please email, RabbiKramer@shomreitorah.org

 Upcoming Events

Come join us for another fun beer tasting at the new Heritage Public House in Santa Rosa! We will meet there at 7:30 pm on June 22nd.

Our wonderful family-style Shabbat dinners these next few months will be on June 28th and July 19th at 6:30 pm.  Come for a delicious meal, the Shabbat experience, and the fabulous company. Please RSVP for directions.  Hope to see you there!

On July 30th SC Tribe heads to Oakland to see the Oakland A’s play the Blue Jays for Jewish Heritage Night!  Even if baseball is not your thing, come for an evening of hanging out with friends, snacks, some A’s themed Jewish paraphernalia, and all around fun.  We will be meeting in the Shomrei Torah parking lot at 3pm to carpool. Please RSVP for this as soon as possible so that enough tickets are purchased, and carpooling can be arranged as needed.

Join the Sonoma County Tribe for a free Shabbat dinner once a month.
Did we say free? Yes we did!  All 21-29 year old Jewish singles are welcome and invited. Friends are welcome too.  For times and locations, RSVP to sctribe@gmail.com

Thinking about becoming a member of Shomrei Torah?

We are excited to offer a special dues structure for our young adult members.

You’ll find that this plan actually reflects your financial reality — whatever stage
of life you’re in. Sound good? Young adults without Religious School children may pay a fixed dues amount of $120  per family a year, for the first three years of membership. If you have further questions contact RabbiKramer@shomreitorah.org or call 707-578-5519.
