My name is Coco Weinberg; I live with my mom, my dad, my brother and my ducks and chickens. I homeschool, and I love it. I enjoy swimming with the Neptunes, creating art, hanging out with my friends, baking, and reading.

My Torah portion, B’midbar, is in the book of Numbers. It is about the general census of all of the men of working age. Then G-d names one of them a Nasi, a leader of his tribe. The Torah then goes on to list all the men of working and fighting age.

For my Bat Mitzvah project, I converted the nine unused garden beds at Shomrei Torah, and grew produce for Elisha’s Pantry. I strongly feel that everybody in this world should have access to healthy and nutritious foods, as well being well fed.

I would like to thank all of my teachers for contributing to my Jewish education, including my Bat Mitzvah tutor, Elly Cohen, Rabbi George, Rabbi Kramer, and especially my parents who have supported me in the preparation of my Bat Mitzvah.
