Sinai Memorial Chapel Chevra Kadisha Serving the entire Jewish community since 1901, the only Jewish funeral home in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Did you know that there is a Chevra Kaddisha in Sonoma County? We are members of various area synagogues who meet for the purpose of performing tahara, the ritual washing of the body prior to burial, and to be shomrim, guardians who stay with the body until the time of burial. Temple affiliation is not a prerequisite � we will perform this service for anyone who is Jewish upon request.
